How long does it take to process an order?

In-Stock Orders received by 4:00pm PST, it will be shipped the same day!

Can I change or cancel order?

Orders are immediately processed for same-day shipment. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once an order has been shipped. If an order ships that you wish to cancel, simply refuse the entire order on arrival, but you will be responsible for all freight charges. Call us at 650-829-5996 for assistance.

Can I order using Purchase order?

Usbybon.com accepts purchase orders from public schools, universities, hospitals, government agencies and companies (Corporate Accounts). To apply for a Corporate Account, please fill out our Account Setup Form and fax to 650-829-5997. It takes 3 to 5 business days to process.
Please Note: A purchase order (Net30) less than $25 will be charged a $3 fee for handling.

Is there any minimum order?

What type of payment does Usbybon.com accept?

I sent in a money order. How do I know Usbybon.com get it?

Does Usbybon.com charge sales tax?

Effective April 1, 2016, any orders shipped outside of South San Francisco , CA 94080 will be charged a sales tax of (?? %). Orders shipped to or picked up in South San Francisco , CA 94080 will be charged a 9.50% sales tax. Please, see the following links for details:

For Tax Exempted customers, you must fax a proof of tax exempt along with reseller form to 650-829-5997. After we receive the tax exempt certificate, we will set up an online account for you, so you can place an online order without having to pay tax.

I am a tax-exempt. How do I place an order with usbybon.com without being charged for tax?

If you are tax-exempt, there are two (2) ways to submit an order without being charged a tax: (1) please fill out this Certificate of Resale and fax it to us. We will set up an online login account for you, and when you use it, we will know that you are tax exempt and you will not have to worry about the issue. This is the way we recommend. (2) After you’ve submitted your order, please fax us  your Certificate of Resale or your Government Tax Exempt Permit, include the sales order number, and we will refund your tax charge. Then we will set up an online account so that you will not be charged a tax on your future orders. All customers outside of California will not be charged any tax, and thus do not need a reseller tax exemption form.

Return & Exchange

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please fill out the Return Authorization form, or call us at (650) 829-5996 to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number and a return address. Please DO NOT send products back to us without an RMA number; we cannot issue a credit for returned items without one.

What is the return policy on usbybon.com products?

The Usbybon.com Satisfaction Guarantee: “We guarantee your absolute satisfaction – 100% of the time.” If you are dissatisfied with products within 60 days after delivery, please send it back for exchange or refund, “NO questions asked, NO restocking fee!”

Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product with “Free Shipping,” our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. We will issue a refund depending on the original form of payment within 14 days after we receive the return package.

Yes, you can use your carrier account to ship. A $3.00 handling fee will be charged for orders less than $50.
